5 Ways You Can Use Our Luxury Design Consultation

Our Luxury Design Consultation is meant to benefit you as much as possible, meaning that the meeting process and topics of discussion are customized to what you are needing! You will receive up to 2 hours of our undivided attention, and there are a variety of ways that you can use this time and we believe that it is worth every penny. Maybe there is something you’ve been struggling with in your home that you didn’t realize you could receive help for. With that being said, here are 5 ways you can use our Luxury Design Consultation:

1. Advice on how to use your current art or accessories and where to put them

We’ve had clients who recently moved, and now were stuck on where to hang all their artwork. We went through their whole home room-by-room and specified the best places to hang each piece. These recommendations took into account the sentimental value of each piece, the size and shape of the piece, and the colours and style of each art piece. We were also able to provide advice on how high to hang them (many people hang their art too high!). This type of advice applied to accessories and styling of the spaces as well! This can save you hours of time and frustration.

2. Furniture placement and ideas

Sometimes you may have a room in your house that is a tricky size or shape and you just can’t figure out the best way to arrange your furniture. Or do you need different furniture? Our trained eyes can help you determine the layout that is most functional for you, as well as the most visually appealing. We can work with the furniture your currently have or provide recommendations on what would work better for you. You’ll also learn any designer tips and tricks that are applicable to your situation.

3. Determine the scope of your project

So you want to refresh your kitchen but you have no idea what this entails or what it could cost? We can go through your needs and wants, review your personal style, provide very approximate budget numbers and timelines, and help you decide what your next steps would be and the type of project that would suit your needs the best. We’ve had clients who initially thought they just wanted to paint their cabinets, and after reviewing everything they really wanted, their project turned into a full main floor renovation!

4. Go through your Pinterest boards with you

Some clients can become very overwhelmed with the number of options out there and the number of decisions that need to be made. Maybe you are someone who loves a variety of styles and don’t know how to pull it all together. We can sit down with you and go through your Pinterest boards to help you see the commonalities and determine what will work best in your home. We can help you find that exact furniture piece you’ve been wanting in your favourite pin. There are also functional and budgetary considerations that you may not have thought of!

5. Combine a Paint Colour Consultation with other services

We also offer consultations that are just for paint colour suggestions, but if you’re needing this in addition to other design services, we can do those during the same 2-hour appointment (and you'll only pay for the Luxury Design Consultation)! This means that we could help you rearrange your living room furniture, as well as provide advice on what accessories to buy, provide suggestions for new paint colours, as well as measure your windows and help select new window coverings!

*Please note that the Luxury Design Consultation has a two-hour time limit, but we will accomplish as much as we can during this time! If you proceed with further design services, such as a kitchen renovation, our design fees will be included in that package price.

Hopefully this has given you some ideas on how our Luxury Design Consultation can best suit your needs. There are many others ways to use this time as well, so if you aren't sure what service may be right for you, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
