Big windows make for a beautiful space. We often want to upsize our windows, especially when we're building a new home, or renovating our current one. Large windows are the right idea for any space but always remember that you'll need to cover those windows with some form of window treatment.

One of the truest statements that you hear about your home is that basements are excellent, but generally underutilized, spaces in our homes. They become storage centres, home gyms, rec areas, and generally one of the the least appealing areas of the home. I know my basement is not my favourite part of the house, because it’s one of the darker areas, and not yet designed and decorated like the rest of my house.

I wanted to share a Design Concept Package that we came up with for a lovely client and her family who reside on a beautiful property just west of Sundre, AB. This client's home has the perfect Rocky Mountain views, lush trees, energetic dogs, and wildlife who come right up to their front door and peer on into the house. It is true country living!
